At Swisscoding, when senior management say something, they mean it. When medical care was disrupted by the pandemic, they said they’d use government grants to make up for the hours we’d lost. When I spoke to the Head of Software about my initial idea for a program to make work easier for coders, he didn’t just listen to me, he gave it quite serious consideration. We met up a few times to discuss it, he put forward several ideas, and the project just got bigger and bigger. He brought in programmers to set it all up, and now it has become Lexicode. It’s incredible for anyone to be able to work like that.
